Ultraviolet Dryers
Curing systems for items printed with UV inks

Ultraviolet dryers are used to cure ink on plastic or glass surfaces.

Each dryer has a spin unit mechanism used to rotate round containers so the curing can be done on the whole circumference.  The spin unit has a variable speed and is adjustable for different diameters (up to 4 inches or 101 mm).  This mechanism is standard on dryers with a single lamp dryers with two lamps.

• Variable conveyor speed from 1 to 176 feet per minute (0.3 to 5.3 m/s).

  • Three power lamp settings: 300, 200, 125 Watts per inch (118, 79, 49 Watts per cm).

OPTIONS

The UV dryers are available with one or two lamps. The unit with two lamps is used for flat and oval containers printed on both sides.

Stronger curing systems and dryers for larger items are also available.
