Laser Registration
Positioning system for screen printing machines

Laser registration is used to register containers which don't have a physical reference point like a spout, ramp or handle. It is available with many of our screen-printing machines.

HOW IT WORKS

1. After printing the first color, the system is set up to detect that color.
2. A motor rotates the item until the paint is detected.
3. The motor then rotates the item to align the first color with the artwork on the screen.
4. The second color is printed.

This system can be used to apply many colors.  It works while the machine is performing its cycle, so there is no delay of production.

• One control panel with operator interface.
• One servo motor and all mechanical components.
• Two sensors, each mounted on an adjustable bracket.
• All cables connected to their controls.
