CUSTOMIZED MACHINES

At Elk Machines, we not only build machines, we build them to suit your needs.   Each machine comes with a complete setup for the item of your choice, including printing tooling, gear and squeegees.  This saves you time and money because the machine is ready to be used as soon as it arrives at your plant.

We prepare many of our screen printing machines for specific jobs before they are delivered to the customer.  Past setups have included:

• A Class 106 machine set up to print in one operation the body and tapered neck of a glass soft drink bottle (shown above).

• A complete setup of the laser registration system for printing foam cup holders.

• Class 106 machine set up to print tall tapered glasses on the entire height using thermoplastic (hot color) paints.  This setup included the laser registration system for printing multiple colors.

• Class 406 machine set up to print ceramic mugs.  This setup included the hot color screens and heated squeegees.

OVERHAUL AND REPAIR SERVICES

Older screen printing machines can be repaired and made to work like new again.  In many cases, the overhauled machines are modified to cut down on the setup time and to outperform their original specifications.
